[Geysers] web cam operation

I'm fairly certain that I'm not alone in recalling seeing water, not 
just steam, rising out of that vent on more than one occasion.  It's 
difficult to see when a good portion of OF's water column descends upon 
it when driven by the "usual wind" in the basin.
