[Geysers] OF Webcam refresh rates

It was mentioned earlier that a speedier refresh rate for the OF Webcam 
would be a nice improvement.  The NPS site for OF is set to refresh every 30 
seconds.  You can speed the process up by 10 seconds if you visit the 
Yellowstone Net http://www.yellowstone.net/ofliveoriginal.htm address, which 
is set to refresh every 20 seconds.  The temp will be missing and you won't 
see the count down to the next frame as you do on the NPS site, but you 
could always count to yourself, 1 Mississippi, 2 Mississippi... :o)
