Giant today on the webcam around 1650 == I forgot to look at either my watch
or at the time stamp.  Sorry  The large steam cloud lasted for the
appropriate time.  I hope that Jeff didn't leave the area!

Grotto's marathon ended yesterday (21 October) between 1800 and 2359.  
Recovery hot period this morning (22 October) at 0740, D = 4 minutes.  Since

then, hot periods at:
0929 D = 7 minutes
1037 D = 3 minutes
1211 D = 2 minutes
No major surging or overflow from Mastiff during the hot periods, and no 
serious afterplay from Mastiff or Giant was noted.  Very nice day today, but

also very cold.
