The Giant Information Relay Service brings you this special report from Andrew Bunning:

Giant, October 15 at 1329.  Interval 6d23h48m.

The eruption took place on a marathon recovery hot period.  Andrew said they had guessed that the marathon ended around 0600.  Mastiff erupted at 1326 to 30-40 feet, then paused for 30-40 seconds at 1328, then restarted again before Giant took off at 1329.  There was a stiff breeze that knocked Giant's height down, estimated less than 180 feet.
