[Geysers] Good note of caution with "thermal fog"

Clearly with the report of Grand near 11AM it's not a Grand eruption.  Mike 
Keller's comments should be taken to heart as many "false" reports could occur 
with the steam locations.  During the winter it will be fun to watch the 
webcam but reports hopefully will be made with greater caution.  However with fewer 
gazers in the park observations should still be encouraged.  That's our take-
