[Geysers] Old Faithful Webcam

The temporary VC trailer units are supposed to arrive at Old Faithful on
4/19. It will take maintenance, etc., about 4 weeks to get the temp VC
ready for us to move in.

I'll be starting at whatever VC is operating on 5/14.  See you in the basins 
all summer.
