[Geysers] Geyser Report 1-06-06

Just a few things:

 

Sawmill continues to dominate the Sawmill Group.  There was a Tardy cycle on
1/03 and Churn reached overflow, but Penta failed to erupt.

 

Giant has not erupted yet.  Grotto was many hours into a marathon at 1440
today.

 

I spent a little time at Flood on 1/04 and got closed intervals of 37 and 44
minutes.

 

There was a report from at least 2 snowmobile guides from West Yellowstone
that Morning Geyser erupted with Fountain on 1/05.  Both witnessed it from
the main road, not from the boardwalk.  When I visited the area at 1400 on
1/06, there was deep snow and undisturbed gravel up to the rim of Morning.
