[Geysers] Bicycles at Old Faithful

An anonymous source asked that i post this for further thought:

Everybody talks about how the people who break the rules should be  fined, 
but who is going to police the geyser basins?  Interp doesn't  rove enough 
and can't (by rule) ticket violators.  Law Enforcement  doesn't have the 
staff and has "more important things to  do."
