One, and probably best, is to go to the publication -- in this case, www.geothermics.com, which immediately brings up an index of issues. Open this one (v. 34), find the article and click on it. It gives options, but to get the whole thing (as a PDF, complete with color photos) you gotta pay. That takes you to option 2, which you might be able to do direct. this is www.sciencedirect.com, which offers the article as a PDF for $10. I paid. I think it was worth it.
