[Geysers] Geyser Report 3-27-05

Just returned from a week's vacation-

 

Beehive today at 1545; Indicator was 1538ie

 

Grand at 1511ie (?/?2C)

 

Oblong at 1511ie

 

Giant has not erupted.  There was a hot period around 1425.

 

Grotto Fountain at 1526 and Grotto at 1529

 

The marker on F&M was missing today at 1445.  Given the activity from the
vents around Fan it had been at least 10 hours since it erupted.  The last
time I was at F&M and it was marked was 1700 on 3-16.

 

In the snow heading down the old road from Castle there were large (over 9"
long) grizzly bear tracks.  They appear to be no more than one or two days
old.
