[Geysers] Good time to visit the Park??

Actually you could visit Norris GB.  Non-motorized and foot traffic is
permitted between West and Mammoth only.  That means bicycles, roller
blades, roller skis, etc. are allowed, but not south of Madison Junction
or east of Norris Junction.
