  Four Star Printing reports that the February Sput files that arrived today are readable and will go to press later this week.  They are aware that this issue is late but have a lot of work at the moment.  They will fit it in ASAP.  I expect to mail the issue either the end of this week or early next.

    This is the first technical conflict we've had. Four Star has been great  in trying to help us resolve the technical problems.
