Hi Charles et al,

More about comment cards: I worked the OFI front desk in 2000.  One of
the things the FD mgrs hold dear is actually getting those, and to that
end there were occasional contests to collect them.  So with that kind of
incentive, there's no way a comment card would ever be thrown out.  I
don't ever recall being told not to read the comments, but frankly we all
had too much to do in the morning to bother!
