[Geysers] Possible Norris disturbance

I have not been there to check for myself, but today I heard that there was a 
possible _basin wide_ disturbance at Norris, underway as of yesterday. In 
Porcelain, Guardian said to be an extremely noisy steam phase. In Back Basin, 
Veteran frequent majors, Vixen active to 15 feet, Pearl steady with some bursts 
of 4 to 6 feet. As I say, I have not been there to look....
