Geyser/Spring Type: Fountain geyser

Basin
Lower Geyser Basin
Complex
Sentinal Meadows Group

Boulder Spring lies at the boulder-strewn eastern end of the hill that borders the southern edge of Sentinel Meadows. Since Boulder Spring erupts continuously, it is classed as a perpetual spouter rather than a geyser. The hot spring is situated amidst a jumble of large boulders. The eruption periodically increases and decreases in force with heights varying between one and six feet.
